Andrea's Story
Andrea Boscato earns a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Trento, discussing a thesis on "Land Registry Law," a branch of the legal system that governs the protection of real estate located in territories previously belonging to the Austro-Hungarian Empire, now corresponding to Trentino Alto Adige and some areas of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, regions with a strong tourist vocation.
As soon as he obtained his academic degree, Andrea Boscato decided to immediately dedicate himself to the real estate sector, applying a wealth of knowledge already acquired and strengthened during his university studies. This is how he decided to invest his energy and experience in the innovative and emerging sector of so-called "short-term rentals," which potentially represents the most immediate tool for enhancing the Italian territory, starting from Trentino Alto Adige.
As soon as he obtained his academic degree, Andrea Boscato decided to immediately dedicate himself to the real estate sector, putting into practice a wealth of knowledge already acquired and strengthened during his university studies. This is how he decided to invest his energy and experience in the innovative and emerging sector of so-called "short-term rentals," which potentially represents the most immediate tool for enhancing the Italian territory, starting from Trentino Alto Adige.
The awareness of a rapidly expanding market led Andrea Boscato to become one of the first property owners to invest in the then-emerging (and now very well-known) structure of the international online platform Airbnb.
The great results, along with the feedback from Guests obtained through a wise use of Airbnb, led to further growth of Andrea Boscato's account, allowing him to be directly awarded the title of SuperHost by the Airbnb board.
As a SuperHost, Andrea Boscato has become a point of reference for thousands of Guests, obtaining thousands of positive feedback and securing that international credibility that subsequently earned him the superior qualification of Airbnb Ambassador, one of the first to achieve the highest milestone.
